1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the tkk444 platform at tkk444.net in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and tkk444 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the tkk444 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by tkk444, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slot games, crash games (Aviator, Mine), and any promotional or bonus activity conducted on the platform. All activities are subject to these terms regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access tkk444.net.

By proceeding with registration or continued use of the platform, you further confirm that:

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Security

To access betting, casino, and promotional features on tkk444, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules apply to all tkk444 accounts:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active tkk444 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. tkk444 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. In the event that multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus winnings forfeited. tkk444 reserves the right to retain deposited funds in such circumstances at its sole discretion.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. Any inaccuracies detected during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may result in a temporary or permanent account restriction until the discrepancy is resolved.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkk444 username and password. tkk444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tkk444 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. KYC Verification

tkk444 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time: National Identity Card (NID), passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the tkk444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkk444 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your tkk444 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider.
• tkk444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• tkk444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

Currency & Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on tkk444 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkk444 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or any other non-BDT payment instruments.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tkk444 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have successfully completed registration and, where specified, identity verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. General wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked independently. Withdrawal requests will first deduct from the real-money balance.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• tkk444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the existing bonus terms will remain in force for that player until the bonus expires or the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the tkk444 platform. Specific rules for individual game types (cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games) are available in the relevant game or category section of the platform.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result dispute, tkk444's decision is final.
• Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits apply and vary by market, event, and player account tier.
• Bets placed after an event has started are accepted at tkk444's discretion and subject to in-play market availability. In-play odds are updated in real time; accepted odds at the time the bet was confirmed are the odds used for settlement.
• Voided bets (due to event cancellation, postponement, or technical error) are refunded to the player's account balance in full within 24 hours of the void decision.

Casino & Live Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical equipment operated in certified studios by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed in the game's information panel. RTP values are verified by the respective game provider and cannot be altered by tkk444.
• In the event of a game disconnection during an active round, the game server state is retained. Upon reconnection, the round will be completed based on the server-side state at the point of disconnection. tkk444 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkk444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting software glitches, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets without direct human instruction.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request to close their tkk444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, the player must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure. tkk444 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receiving a valid written request.

Suspension and Termination by tkk444

tkk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or money laundering.
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Any conduct that tkk444 reasonably considers detrimental to the platform, other players, or third parties.

In the event of suspension or termination for a breach of these terms, tkk444 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, where such balance is linked to the breach in question. Where no breach is involved (e.g., a unilateral business decision to withdraw services), any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 30 days.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tkk444 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month period until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
